From Financial Struggles to Real Estate Success
During a time when my financial IQ was close to zero, I used to pay up to $850 in rent in Chatswood. Despite this being over a decade ago, the $850 rent at the time was a significant amount of money.
I was completely unaware of the world of real estate, instead focusing on giving birth to and raising my three children, and preparing them for selective school entry. However, one day, I had a sudden realisation about the potential of real estate and decided to purchase a house within two weeks.
I studied hard to make up for the lost time and learn everything I could about real estate. As I continued organising my thoughts and knowledge, I began helping my friends purchase homes one by one. This eventually led me to become a real estate agent. Initially, I wondered why I should sell real estate, but now, I don’t regret it at all. Through my work, I have gained a deep understanding of the development and growth of the real estate industry. I make it a point to educate my customers on the importance of having a good financial IQ. By doing so, they can break free from the cycle of renting and achieve economic freedom by eventually receiving rental income in their old age.
Moving forward, our team will continue to create better sales and investment strategies to help our customers build and enrich their financial assets.
